Skills Required :-
Adobe Campaign Classic Expertise:
· Deep knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic architecture, database structures, and campaign execution.
· Experience with configuring, scripting, and troubleshooting in Adobe Campaign Classic (JavaScript, XML, SQL).
· Expertise in campaign management, segmentation, personalization, and automation.
· Integration experience with CRM, CDP, and other MarTech platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics365, Adobe Experience Cloud).
· Understanding of delivery best practices, including email marketing strategies, SMS, and push notifications.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
· Data modeling, segmentation, and ETL processes for marketing automation.
· Strong SQL skills for querying, data extraction, and troubleshooting.
· Proficiency in APIs, web services, and system integrations (REST, SOAP).
· Performance optimization techniques to enhance efficiency in campaign execution.
· Familiarity with cloud-based deployment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Tools & Software:
· Marketing Automation & MarTech: Adobe Campaign Classic (must have); Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics365 Outbound or Real Time Marketing#Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua or similar.
· Data & Integration: SQL, JSON, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools.
· Collaboration & Documentation (knowledge of minimum one of the tools): Azure, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence, Slack.
· Testing & QA Tools: Adobe Campaign testing frameworks; Nice to have: Postman, Selenium, etc.
· Project & Process Management: Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for project execution.
· Risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address technical challenges
