Ultimate HR Solutions is hiring for Facility Manager for one of the Dubai-based clients. This position will be primarily responsible for Managing Facilities operation for Corporate Facilities, along with Associate Manager and third-party service providers. This job holder will support the Facilities Management in leading a team of support staff delivering FM services to customers across corporate offices, in addition to provide support in delivering and implementing policy, best practice, and legislative requirements across corporate offices. The Facilities Manager will be managing the provision of successful and proactive Facilities Management services within corporate Offices. To act as the first point of contact for third party service provider and manage the floor during operating hours and events.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. relevant/transferable field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on corporate/retail environments an advantage

• Clear industry expertise and strong evidence of international best-practice.

• Proven experience in managing large FM teams and working with stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic a strong advantage
