Key Responsibilities Include:
• Provide Level 1 & 2 support via call center and onsite
• Troubleshoot and diagnose end-user issues
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Service Owners/SMEs
• Participate in trend and root cause analysis
• Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Handle software deployments, patch management, and upgrades
• Fulfill end-user IT requests – software, hardware, relocations
• Support IT initiatives and end-user computing projects
• Create user documentation, installation guides, and communication materials
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ IT experience (oil & gas sector preferred)
Secondary education + 2–3 years formal IT training
Certifications such as Microsoft OS, CompTIA A+, Network+
Strong interpersonal skills and fluent in English
Experience in multinational work environments
