Are you a quality-driven professional with a passion for precision in offset printing? We’re looking for a QA/QC Officer to join our team and take the lead in ensuring our folding carton manufacturing processes meet the highest quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain robust QA systems across all production stages. (prepress to finishing)

2. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, FSC, and customer-specific standards.

3. Supervise raw material inspection and in-process quality checks.

4. Define quality parameters and maintain calibrated inspection tools.

5. Lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and customer complaint resolution.

6. Drive continuous improvement and reduce rework, waste, and downtime.

7. Train and develop QA/QC teams and production staff on quality standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field

· 5+ years of QA/QC experience in offset printing and folding carton manufacturing

· Familiarity with ISO 9001, GMP, FMEA, SPC, and 7 QC Tools

· Proficiency with print quality tools (X-Rite, Techkon, spectrophotometers, etc.)
