Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Strong QA (Quality Assurance) experience in digital banking applications, especially Mobile and Internet Banking.
Hands-on knowledge of Assets and Liabilities products: Loans, Credit Cards, Current/Savings Accounts, Term Deposits, etc.
Experience with setup validation, parameter configuration, and environment readiness checks.
Proficient in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
Familiarity with automation tools or scripting is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️Plan, design, and execute test strategies for Mobile and Internet Banking platforms.
▪️Perform end-to-end functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for digital banking channels.
▪️Validate setup and configuration for banking products related to liabilities (accounts, deposits) and assets (loans, credit).
▪️Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure requirement coverage and quality.
▪️Create and maintain detailed test cases, test data, and defect reports using tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar.
